o Spread some grapeseed oil on a cookie sheet

- Mashed No –Tatoes
o Good alternative to high carb mashed potatoes
o 1 head of cauliflower
o Sea salt and black pepper to taste
o 2 tablespoons organic butter
o 1-2 cloves of garlic, optional
o Steam cauliflower until very soft , chop up cauliflower and put in food processor with butter, salt, and pepper, and garlic if desired.
