“There is only one sickness and one disease. The over-acidification of the body due to an inverted way of living, eating and thinking.” The over-acidification leads to the overgrowth in the body of microorganisms, who’s poisons produce the symptoms we call “disease”. Dr. Robert Young

Six Steps to Optimal Balance
1. HYDRATE. Drink ½ your body weight in ounces of alkaline water. Preferably add Greens. This is the minimum amount of the alkalizing beverage to drink daily. (Example: weight 180=90 oz.) From the quantity you are consuming currently, increase the amount slowly to get the body used to the extra hydration. If you are cleansing, or are in the heat and are working out you must increase the quantity of water from the minimum amount to an additional quart or two.
2. LUBRICATE. 2-4 tablespoons of an Essential Oil a day. This includes Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Flax Oil, Nordic Natural Cod Liver Oil, Coconut and Udo’s Oil. You may take a tablespoon directly or pour it over your food. Try the variety of flavors.
3. FOOD RATIO. Our body is 70% fluid and 30% matter. We must eat accordingly. Thus we should eat 70% vegetable & 30% other foods. If we are extremely out of balance the ratio should be as much as 90% vegetable and 10% other.
4. MOVE. Movement each and every day. Exercise. Yes!
5. LESS OF. Less/NO sugar. Less/NO fruit. Less/NO fermented foods and beverages.
6. CONSISTENCY. Be accountable to the products. Stay committed to what you learn. The products and information support the incredible balance within. Remember bringing the body into balance is effected by Living, Eating and Thinking.
